The DOH Leon, Nomi Health COVID-19 Sites Surpass 10,000 Tests Administered
The Florida Department of Health in Leon County (DOH Leon) COVID-19 sites have administered more than 10,000 tests since it began operations two weeks ago.
“This is an impressive milestone in the service of our community,” said DOH Leon Health Officer Claudia Blackburn. “We are glad to host this operation with our partners at Nomi Health who are overseeing operations. This demonstrates our continuing desire to stand and fight with our community during these challenging times,” said Blackburn.
Opened on August 23 and August 24, the drive-up sites have the capacity to perform 800 to 2,600 tests each day per site. Both PCR and rapid antigen tests are available at the following locations:

The sites are open seven days a week, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., unless closed due to inclement weather. PCR results are received within 72 hours via email. Rapid antigen results are emailed to patients within two hours.
