DOH-Leon Offices Closed Monday, August 5 Due to Tropical Storm Debby

Tallahassee, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health (Department) continues to coordinate with local emergency management regarding resource requests and is on-site at the State Emergency Operation Center in Tallahassee coordinating the Department’s response to Tropical Storm Debby.

The following locations for the Florida Department of Health in Leon County will be closed on Monday, August 5:

  • Administration building, 2965 Municipal Way, Tallahassee, FL 32304
  • Richardson-Lewis Health Center, 872 W. Orange Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 32310
  • Roberts & Stevens Clinic, 1515 Old Bainbridge Road, Tallahassee, FL 32303
  • The Molar Express Dental Clinic, 912 Railroad Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 32310
  • 435 North Macomb Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301

The State Assistance Information Line (SAIL) is a toll-free hotline activated at the time of an emergency to provide an additional resource for those in Florida to receive accurate and up-to-date information regarding an emergency or disaster situation impacting Florida. During an emergency, the hotline is operational daily at set hours depending on the severity of the event. SAIL hotline: 800-342-3557
