DOH-Leon Offices Closed Monday, August 5 Due to Tropical Storm Debby

Tallahassee, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health (Department) continues to coordinate with local emergency management regarding resource requests and is on-site at the State Emergency Operation Center in Tallahassee coordinating the Department’s response to Tropical Storm Debby.
The following locations for the Florida Department of Health in Leon County will be closed on Monday, August 5:
- Administration building, 2965 Municipal Way, Tallahassee, FL 32304
- Richardson-Lewis Health Center, 872 W. Orange Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 32310
- Roberts & Stevens Clinic, 1515 Old Bainbridge Road, Tallahassee, FL 32303
- The Molar Express Dental Clinic, 912 Railroad Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 32310
- 435 North Macomb Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301
