Temporary tattoo establishments must meet the same operational requirements of a tattoo establishment, including handsinks, as well as the requirements of Chapter 64E-28.
Temporary tattoo establishment licenses are issued in conjunction with a convention or other similar event and cannot exceed 14 consecutive days.
