Immunizations can protect you from common diseases in other countries. Schedule a consultation with our travel clinic to discuss health safety at your destination.
Consultations
DOH-Leon offers in-person immunization consultations for a fee of $100 per person. The consultation fee is in addition to the price of any immunization received. The Florida Department of Health in Leon County does not bill insurance.
Travel immunization consultations should be scheduled at least 4-6 weeks to before departure. To book a consultation, call 850-404-6403.
Prepare for Your Appointment
- Bring a personal immunization record or card of immunization dates.
- Bring your passport if you plan to get a Yellow Fever Vaccination. If you are 60 years old or older, a note from your provider stating that you may be vaccinated for Yellow Fever is required for vaccination.
